All of our items are made to order and ship within two to three weeks of the purchase date. If you’re purchasing jewelry for a special occasion or you’re hoping for a quicker turn around time, email us at hello@ginarios.com, and we will work with you to expedite your order. This may include an expedited shipping/ rush fee. 

All items listed in the ‘Sample Sale’ section of the site are ready to ship, and will ship within 1-3 business days. 

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First class mail with tracking. Shipping confirmation and a tracking number will be sent once an order has been shipped. 

We want to make sure your jewelry gets to you safe and sound, so all orders over 500 dollar value are shipped via USPS Priority Express with added insurance and signature confirmation. We will confirm via email the best address to ship to for signature confirmation before the item ships.



We want you to looooove your jewelry. We accept returns for refund or exchange within 7 days of the date the item is received. In the unlikely event that the items are damaged or defective upon receipt, items need to be returned within 7 days in their original packaging for an exchange or refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Returns must be approved via email before shipping. Gina Rios is not responsible for any packages lost during return shipping, and appropriated insurance is recommended for all returned packages. Sample Sale and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned.



If you find that your ring does not fit just right we offer one free sizing within 30 days of the date the item is received, if the ring can be sized without compromising the original design. We are happy to adjust necklace chain length so the fit is perfect for you. A small adjustment  fee will be charged for chain modifications.
